Established in November 2002, as an independent IT service company for Alcatel NZ, Connectplay delivered Level 2 & 3 support services for Telecom NZ broadband ISP XTRA. Realising the limitations of the current device management platforms, Connectplay set about developing a new device management platform that not only addressed the evolving requirements of TR-069 & TR369 (User Service Platform), but supports the demands of the emerging IoT requirements. This is our Neuron ACS platform.
